See what we're asking you to trust
Before you buy a CAD $2,500–$7,500 licence, inspect the coverage, framework, representative resources, rights and limitations for yourself.
The evaluation material is here for one reason: a careful organizational buyer should be able to see what Ameliorza actually built before deciding whether to purchase.
Do not evaluate this Library by counting PDFs. Look at whether the resources improve the decisions behind the documents: what evidence is required, where discretion sits, how privacy is protected, whether power changes the standard, whether retaliation can hide outside formal discipline, and what happens when the written rule and the lived workplace diverge.
You will see enough here to judge scope, depth, approach, rights and fit. You will not see the complete 209-resource title schedule or the full Employer Standard. Those are part of the licensed product.
This guide explains what you are evaluating, what makes the product structurally different, the coverage model, the Employer Standard, what to inspect inside the samples, licence fit, pricing, boundaries and the decision to make.
The Coverage Overview shows all 12 lifecycle collections, the number of resources in each collection, and representative subject areas.
The detailed 209-resource schedule is protected product architecture. It is delivered with the licensed product and is intentionally not reproduced in evaluation materials.
That boundary is deliberate: you should be able to judge breadth without Ameliorza publishing a ready-made blueprint of the system it built.
The Ameliorza Employer Standard sits above the Library. It asks what the employer should choose when the law leaves room to choose, how power and discretion are controlled, whether employees can actually use the written promise, and what evidence shows that the system worked in practice.
This preview shows the framework architecture and several of its governing ideas without disclosing the full protected Standard.
The samples are deliberately different because the Library is not one template repeated 209 times.
Bereavement and Significant Loss Policy
Shows humane policy architecture: statutory entitlement is separated from the employer’s broader response, significant loss is not reduced to a narrow family tree, and privacy/flexibility/anti-retaliation controls are built into an ordinary policy.

People Decision & Exception Record
Shows the decision machinery: define the actual question, authority, criteria, evidence, contrary information, comparators, conflict/power issues and the affected person’s response before a consequential decision is finalized.

AI-Assisted Employment Decision Review
Shows how the Library handles current technology without either banning AI reflexively or letting it become a hidden decision system. Human ownership, relevance, source quality, bias and challenge routes stay visible.
Every licence receives the same complete 209-resource Library and the Employer Standard. The price changes because the rights change.

Do the samples materially improve decision quality — or only provide polished wording?
Does the coverage match the kinds of employment decisions your organization actually has to make?
Would the Employer Standard help make important employer choices more explicit and consistent?
Can you identify a practical use for the Library in your organization within the next 90 days?
Are you comfortable owning current jurisdiction review rather than expecting an automatic legal-update service?
Which rights actually match your intended use: Internal, Distribution, Commercial or custom?
Can you explain internally why this is a reusable employer system rather than a purchase of 209 disconnected files?
Because the detailed schedule is part of the product architecture Ameliorza built. The evaluation material shows complete collection coverage, counts and representative subject areas so buyers can judge breadth without Ameliorza publishing a competitor-ready blueprint.
